Who can still make the 2006 World Cup finals

There just a few games more to play in the battle for World Cup finals. Which countries could still make to Germany?

Africa
Qualifying is finished in Africa. The following nations making it to Germany:
Togo, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Angola, Tunisia

Asia
Qualified: Mexico, United States, Costa Rica
Still a chance: Uzbekistan, Bahrain
The first leg finished in a 1-1 draw, much to Uzbekistan’s chagrin. The second leg is on Wednesday evening.

CONCACAF
Qualified: Mexico, United States, Costa Rica
Still a chance: Guatemala, Trinidad & Tobago
Final day games: Trinidad & Tobago - Mexico, Guatemala - Costa Rica. The final day games leave only the play-off spot, against an Asian nation, to be decided. Guatemala must win at home to Costa Rica and hope Trinidad do not beat Mexico.

Europe
Qualified: Netherlands, Ukraine, Portugal, Italy, Poland, England, Serbia & Montenegro, Spain, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia
Still a chance: Czech Republic, Romania, Turkey, Greece, Denmark, Slovakia, Russia, Switzerland, Ireland, France, Israel, Norway, Sweden

Oceania
Still a chance: Australia will have to face the fifth placed nation from South America for a place in the finals.

South America
Qualified: Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Ecuador
Still a chance: Uruguay, Colombia, Chile
Final day games: Chile - Ecuador, Paraguay - Colombia, Uruguay - Argentina
