A tribute to bratwurst
While staying in Germany you should, at least once, eat the most popular german sausage - brätwurst.
A bratwurst is a sausage composed of pork, beef, and sometimes veal and is usually eaten with a hot or sweet German mustard or sliced and eaten as Currywurst. Bratwurst is almost always served with a hard German roll and usually accompanied by a beer. It is a very popular snack in Germany and also in other European countries, where it is sold at various fast food outlets and is often consumed while standing.
Next time you are ordering your food order a “Bratwurst” meal which is often eaten with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and roasted onions.
