Spain to win the World Cup
In the year 1555, the most famous fore-teller Nostradamus, predicted that the Spanish team will win the World Cup 2006.
Nostradamus wrote:
Spanish king and his army will cross over the Pyrenees at the end of the sixth month of the sixth year. The king will win the battle with Beelzebub on the fields of Central Europe, and the army will return the Holy Grail to Spain.
The Spanish journalists interpreted the prediction in the following way:
The Spanish king = coach Luis Aragones.
Army = the national Spanish football team.
The fields of Central Europe = the football stadiums in Germany.
The Holy Grail = the World Cup.
Nostradamus could be wrong with his prediction but the Spanish team has been very successful for the time of being. They won both first round matches - 4:0 against Ukraine and 3:1 against Tunisia. They will face Saudi Arabia at 16:00 CET today.

And what Dan Brown (The Da Vinci Code’s author) is going to say about such interpretation of The Holy Grail? :)

I’m also very interested how what he would have to say about The World Cup as The Wholy Grail? Maybe I will ask him if I will find out how to reach him. ;-)
